Intent to Graduate

Intent to Graduate Form

During your sophomore year at Motlow, you begin to consider graduation. The first step is to meet with a faculty academic advisor, who will determine if you qualify to graduate. Please make the appointment before the end of your first sophomore semester.

Follow the Below Steps

1. Complete your Intent to Graduate form in MyMotlow by March 15
2. In MyMotlow, select the Student Tab
3. Select Admissions and Records Forms
4. Select Intent to Graduate Application Form
