Graduation Day

Motlow will celebrate graduation. However, we will not be able to graduate in the usual way due to COVID-19. We want to make things as special as we possibly can for all our graduating students. On May 9, 2021, at 2:00 p.m., we will have a virtual celebration ceremony. We will honor you as individuals, and you will be part of a special communal experience online.

We are focused on celebration, the sense of occasion, being with friends, and recognizing your unique place in Motlow history. The resilient Class of 2021 will be immortalized forever! Our wish is to create a memorable, uplifting moment for you.

Look forward with confidence to graduating, and look forward to your future. We are delighted to welcome you to your virtual graduation. Congratulations!

Fall 2020 graduates

Students who have filed an Intent to Graduate form before March 15 for the current academic year (2020-2021) are eligible.

Motlow only has one commencement ceremony per year which celebrates all graduates from that academic year. For example, Fall 2020, Spring 2021, and Summer 2021 are the graduating classes we are celebrating.

Free Cap and Gown

The cap and gown are of no cost to the student/graduate. Motlow pays for everything included in your Graduation Celebration box as a gift to you for this fantastic achievement; earned during a pandemic, no less!

I graduated in Fall 2020 but have not received my diploma yet

Suppose you graduated at the end of the Fall 2020 term and have not received your diploma yet. In that case, you likely have a hold on your account (i.e., ETS Exit Exam, Business Office balance, etc.). To view your hold, you will want to log into your MyMotlow and click the following: Student Tab > Student Records > View Registration Holds
