Clubs and Organizations are the best way to get involved at Motlow. Have an interest in History? Itching to play some Chess? Do you write? We have a unique club for every interest!

With almost 20 clubs and organizations, we have opportunities for everyone. Cultural, Political, and Academic organizations are all represented, and membership is open to all registered Motlow students. Engagement provides opportunities for fellowship with other students, interaction with faculty, leadership, and community involvement.

How to Start a Student Club and Organization

  1. From MyMotlow, go to the Student tab, Student Organization and Activity, Student Club and Org New Application
  2. Complete the form
  3. The form will require:
    • Applicant’s name
    • Applicant’s ID
    • Name of Organization
    • Mission Statement, Purpose or Description
    • Offices to be Filled
      • President Name: President Email
      • Vice President Name: Vice President Email
      • Secretary Name: Secretary Email
      • Treasurer Name: Treasurer President Email
      • Other
    • Campus Meetings Location
    • Primary Advisor/Sponsor email and signature
    • Names and Signatures of 5 Charter Members
    • Applicant’s Signature
  4. This form will require the approval and signatures of :
    • Motlow Dean of Students
    • Motlow President
