The Annual Plans for Improvement (APIs) are a part of a college-wide continuous improvement cycle. APIs use SMART goals to drive efficiency and alignment with the College's Strategic Plan, annual priorities, and state initiatives.

Every division at the College develops Annual Plans for Improvement. The primary focus of the activities is creating college-wide excellence through the development of people, processes, and technology.
Accountability
The APIs provide documented evidence that the College publishes goals and outcomes for continuous improvement. This process shows Motlow's commitment to quality education, instruction, and support services.
