    Computer Login Procedures

    If you are having trouble with a Motlow computer, telephone, or printer at one of our four campuses, please call the Technical Help Desk at ext. 1510 or 931.393.1510.

    STUDENTS: Please have your student ID number available when you call or email us. If you are off campus please dial (931) 393-1510 option 1 or toll free (800) 654-4877, ext. 1510. You may also email us at helpdesk@mscc.edu, also please go to Links and Resources for more information.

    FACULTY/STAFF: Please use the "Have a problem? Report It" button on the left margin of our page to create a ticket or call us at ext. 1510 option 1. Also visit the Links and Resources page for a variety of informational links.

    During Fall and Spring Semesters our Technical Help Desk hours are

    • Monday - Thursday 7:30am to 9:00pm and
    • Friday 7:30am to 4:00pm

    During Summer Semester and when classes are not in session, hours are
