No Unauthorized Campus Visits

This level of operation means that no student, employee, or visitor may come on campus grounds without prior approval. To obtain prior approval to visit campus, choose the appropriate link below to make your campus visit request. Clearly state the reason for your request and why your needs cannot be met via Motlow's online services provided by phone, email, or virtual platform.

If a Vendor request for a campus visit is approved, Vendors will be notified by return email. It is the responsibility of each approved Vendor to bring a printed copy of the approved email with them and to keep it with them for the duration of their campus visit. Anyone without documented prior approval will be escorted off the grounds.

To submit a vendor or employee campus visit request, follow the appropriate link on the Self-Assessment page. Employees will be routed to the link through MyMotlow and then must choose the option titled Employee Daily Health Self-Assessment.
