Request for Short-term Project Assistance
Customer Service Representatives are available to help with short-term projects during non-peak times.
Peak times refers to periods of time when incoming call volume is the highest. Peak times are defined as: the months May, June, July, August and September (fall preparation/fall enrollment) as well as the month of January (spring enrollment).
Very limited assistance may be available during peak times.
To request assistance with office-related projects, please complete the following form with as much detail as possible. Project requests are submitted directly to the Customer Service Center Coordinator for review, prospective approval, assignment, and prioritization.
Due to the number of requests we receive, we ask that you submit your request as soon as possible to the date that any assistance is needed. Requests for assistance during "Peak Times" (as defined above) are subject to availability because answering incoming calls is our number one priority.
