As part of our continued response to the COVID-19 pandemic, Motlow currently requires face coverings and daily online wellness screenings for any person who comes to campus.
Self-Assessment Wellness Screenings
No student, employee, or visitor may come on campus grounds without prior approval. To obtain prior authorization to visit the campus, complete the appropriate request and assessment form. Clearly state the reason for your request and why your needs cannot be met via Motlow's online services.
Approved vendors receive an email confirmation. It is the responsibility of each approved vendor to bring a printed copy of the approved email with them and to keep it with them for the duration of their campus visit.
