ADA Proctored Test
If you have a documented learning, emotional or physical disability, you may be eligible to take your test with special accommodations. Testing services provides special accommodations proctoring for students who attend Motlow State Community College. Services are available on the Lynchburg/Tullahoma, Smyrna, Fayetteville, and McMinnville campuses.
Guidelines for Students

- Inform your instructor of your approved accommodations. Your instructor will forward your exam to the appropriate testing location
- Test will be given by appointment only. Please call or email the testing center when you are ready to test. To ensure a positive test experience, please give a 24-hour notice when scheduling the exam.
- Lynchburg/Tullahoma Testing Center is located in Crouch Center room 1043

Agreements
Testing Center agrees to
- Operate under the guidelines of local federal and state regulations
- Protect confidentiality all rights of privacy of candidates and staff
- Adhere to guidelines from testing companies as well as those set by Testing Services
- Promote honesty, integrity, and fairness in all testing procedures
Examinees agree to
- Present a valid photo ID for every test. No exceptions
- Arrive early, before test administration begins
- Do not bring any food or beverages into the testing room
- Turn off cell phones, pagers, any noise making devices
- Do not bring friends, children into the testing room
- Be honest with all test taking
- Return all testing materials (scratch paper, pencils, and calculators) to the test proctor
