What are the hours for the Motlow Technology Help Desk?
If classes are in session the Motlow help desk (931-393-1510) or (1-800-654-4877, ext 1510) is open from Mon -Thur 7:00am until 9:00pm., and Friday from 7:00am - 4:30pm.
When classes are not in session the Help Desk is open from 7:00am until 4:30pm Monday - Friday.
Can I connect my personal laptop to the Motlow network using wireless technology?
Yes, but because of security requirements you must bring your laptop to the ITT Services department located in the Marcum Technology Building (Office MT260) and the technicians will load an encryption key onto your laptop allowing you access. Motlow has limited wireless capability, not all sites or all buildings have wireless access.
