Rhonda Cotham is a native of Franklin County and has worked at Motlow State Community College since 1986. After serving in multiple positions with Motlow including Account Clerk, Secretary in Liberal Arts Division, Coordinator of Advancement Activities, and Director of Advisement, she currently serves as the Director of Student Success, a role she has held for 5 years. This position allows for her to do what she loves by helping our students be successful in their educational goals. Cotham has a Master's of Education in Higher Education Administration and Supervision and a Bachelor's degree from Trevecca Nazarene University in Management and Human Relations. She has served as a First Year Experience instructor at the Moore County, McMinnville, and Fayetteville campuses since its implementation.

Jeremy Mills, Director of Recruitment

Jeremy Mills, a resident of Rutherford County, is also a proud alumni of Motlow State. He began working at Motlow in 2011 as an academic advisor and a student success coordinator. After working for three years at Middle Tennessee State University in the Office of Admissions as a Transfer Enrollment Coordinator, he returned to Motlow State in 2016 to lead the newly formed Recruiting Unit. Jeremy works with the Administrative Coordinators of Recruitment at each campus to facilitate and oversee all recruiting functions and events as well as new student orientation.

Joe Myers

Joe Myers, Executive Director of Financial Aid

Mr. Joe Myers begin his employment with Motlow State Community College in the Job Training Division in March 1989. Spending 10 years with that division he transitioned from the On-the-Job Training Technician to the Coordinator of the Economic Dislocated and Worker Adjustment Assistance Act (EDWAAA). In March 1999 he moved to the Student Affairs Division of the college after accepting the position of Coordinator of Financial Aid. He transitioned to the Assistant Director of Financial Aid in July 2000 and to his current position of Executive Director of Financial Aid in March 2001.

Mr. Myers received his Associate of Science degree in Business Administration from Motlow State Community College in Lynchburg, TN, his Bachelors of Business Administration degree in Management from Middle Tennessee State University in Murfreesboro, TN, and his Masters of Science degree in Human Resource Development from the University of Tennessee in Knoxville, TN. Mr. Myers is a lifelong resident of Tennessee and lives in Coffee County.
