Allison Alsup is a native of Manchester, TN and serves as a Completion Coach at Motlow's Smyrna Campus. She has served in several roles at Motlow, an Adjunct Instructor, a Student Success Coach and she has worked in the call center.

Laura Brown

Laura Brown started off working in the Cafeteria as the cook for Five Star Food Service a sub-contractor on the Moore County Campus in 1996. She then become a student and a student worker in the Business Office in 1998. In 1999, she took a full-time position in Human Resources and in 2002 she become a Research Technician in the office of Institutional Research. She had served as the Support Staff Vice Chair and Chair for multiple terms. In 2011, she took on the role of Phi Theta Kappa advisor for the Moore County Campus. In September 2015, She become one of the College's eight Completion Coaches. She also currently serves as the Sick leave bank Chair for Non-Faculty Sick Leave Bank. Laura has served on a host of other committees during her 17 years as a regular full-time employee of the college.

Josh is a native of Lincoln County who has worked with Motlow College since 2011. Josh's previous work experience includes adjunct instructor and student services professional. He is dedicated to Motlow College and higher education.

Roxanne Evans

Roxanne comes from a first generation college student background and knows how to navigate the college system and overcome any educational barriers. She holds three degrees - an Associate’s Degree from Motlow and a Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree from Trevecca Nazarene University in Business Administration. Roxanne has a strong passion for working with students and connecting them with resources that will allow them to be successful at Motlow. She has had numerous years at Motlow of advising and mentoring undergraduate students through the college process. As a non-traditional student, she understands how difficult it can be to stay motivated while juggling responsibilities and working towards a degree. As such, Roxanne is always available to provide encouragement to students who may be feeling overwhelmed while proactively coaching them through to completion of their degree.

Kyle Macon

Kyle Macon is a native of Winchester, TN. He holds a B.A. from Freed-Hardeman University (2006) and a M.Ed. in Higher Education from Abilene Christian University (2010). He has served our campus community since 2013 as both a student success coach and financial aid technician.

Sidney-Anthony McPhee graduated with his undergraduate degree from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga and his graduate degree in Educational Leadership at Middle Tennessee State University. He has worked at Motlow College for four years and has held the position of Assistant Director of Student Success and Completion Coach.

Veronica Mitchell

Veronica Mitchell is a native of Kentucky and is currently a Completion Coach and adjunct mathematics instructor at the Smyrna campus. She has held multiple positions in higher education which have included employment as an adjunct instructor at Volunteer State Community College's Mathematics Department in Gallatin, TN, and at Vanderbilt University's Peabody College as a University Mentor for Secondary Education-Mathematics for undergraduate and graduate students.

Allen Sanders is originally from Sparta, TN, and he is currently one of Motlow's Completion Coaches. Allen has worked in higher education for eight plus years, and the majority of that time was spent on advising students in career choices, selecting a major, and making sure students graduate on time. He now brings his experiences and skill sets to the McMinnville Campus.
