Whether you are a student fresh out of high school, a student with a busy life with work demands and family, or a student transferring to our college to complete your academic goals, we want to make your transition to the college environment as smooth as possible.
Inside MSCC is the online new student orientation experience at Motlow College. During your visit here, you will receive a welcome from our students and staff, learn your way around campus, find out more about the various support services that will be available to you, and discover more about the different degree and certificates programs that are offered at MSCC. Your experience will take you through the following channels:

It is required that you complete each channel in order to gain access to the “good stuff” – advisement and registration. As you proceed through each channel, be sure to do the following:
- Read all information and make notes in your channel guide.
- Answer the quiz questions in your channel guide. You will be required to provide these answers at the end of Channel 8.
- Watch for important information under the television on the right.
At the end of online orientation, complete the confirmation form. The confirmation form will be used to remove your orientation hold and serve as confirmation that you have completed orientation and are now knowledgable of your responsibilities as a student at Motlow College. Once you have completed all admissions requirements and have your orientation hold removed, you will receive an e-mail through your Motlow student e-mail account that will invite you to attend an on-campus advisement session. The advisement session will be staffed with advisors that will assist you with registration for classes and will inform you about your chosen area of study.
