Motlow Announces GED Test Dates Before End of Year
October 18, 2011
Motlow College will administer the General Educational Development (GED) test four times before the end of the year. The five-part test will be given from 7:20 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on October 20, November 1, 10 and December 1. The test will be administered in Crouch Center, room 1043, on the Moore County campus.
A high school diploma remains the primary ticket to many entry-level jobs. Having a diploma is often times the prerequisite for employment and occupational training and is required for postsecondary education. The GED credential provides adults with the opportunity to grow; whether through further education, enhanced employment or stature within the community.
Applicants are assigned test dates according to availability and must provide the following to be eligible for the test: complete the GED application; enclose a check or money order for $50.00; provide a recent photo; a notarized copy of the Official Practice Test and Eligibility for Enrollment Form if applicable. For complete information regarding the test, visit the Motlow website: <www.mscc.edu/testing/testing> or contact the testing office at 931-393-1762, 393-1718, 393-1763, or 1-800-654-4877.
