Motlow College faculty art exhibit opens with Oct. 22 reception

The Motlow College humanities department will present an exhibition of artwork by Motlow faculty members Oct. 22 - Nov. 20, in the Eoff Hall Art Gallery on the Moore County campus. The exhibit is open to the public and will begin with a reception Oct. 22, from 11 a.m. - 2 p.m.

The exhibit will feature the work of Rebecca Childress, who teaches at both the Fayetteville Center and Moore County campus; Jennifer Johnson, Smyrna; Melany Proctor, Smyrna and Stewarts Creek High School; Ann Smotherman, Moore County; Patricia Tenpenny, Smyrna; Eric Claunch, Moore County; and Brian Robinson, Moore County.

"This year's faculty art exhibit will feature a wide variety of mediums and styles including the works of four new fine-art faculty members; Becky Childress, Jennifer Johnson, Melany Proctor, and Patricia Tenpenny," said Robinson, department chair of arts and humanities.
