Bain Receives Nancy Wilson Wagner Nursing Scholarship - Tiffany Bain, at left, meets with Jan Rogers, director of advancement at Motlow College. Bain is a graduate of Holloway High School and is a member of Motlow's second-year nursing class. She and her husband, Michael, live in Rutherford County and have three children: Hannah McKee, and Kelsey and Michael Bain.
John and Reba Shipp of Atlantic Beach, Fla., established the scholarship in honor of Nancy Wagner, wife of Dr. Harry Wagner, Motlow's second president. It is funded by the Shipp Family Trust.
Bain said she is "blessed" to be awarded the Wagner Scholarship, and added, "My family and I are honored that I received this scholarship from Dr. John and Reba Shipp. I am so thankful there are wonderful people helping others reach their goals in life, and when I graduate, I hope to be able to return the favor. God bless Dr. John and Reba Shipp."
