Constitution Day Panel Discusses Fourth Amendment at MotlowSept. 19, 2014
A panel comprised of Motlow College professors recently led a discussion on the Fourth Amendment in observance of National Constitution Day. The Fourth Amendment is part of the original Bill of Rights and prohibits unwarranted searches and seizures. Pictured, from left; Dr. David Bowlby, assistant professor of history and political science, presented 'Libraries and the 4th Amendment'; Dr. Lucy Craig, associate professor of criminal justice, discussed 'New Technology and the 4th Amendment'; and Dr. Scott Cook, associate professor of history, finished with 'Tennessee and the 4th Amendment'. The forum, held inside Eoff Hall on Motlow's Moore County campus, concluded with a question-and-answer segment between those in attendance and the panel.
