Jarden Employees Receive Training at Motlow - Six employees of Jarden Consumer Solutions recently completed Level 1 Siemens certification through Motlow College in McMinnville, Tenn. Six employees from Jarden Consumer Solutions (JCS) recently completed the Level I Siemens Certification through Motlow College in McMinnville, Tennessee. Motlow is one of 14 schools in the nation that offers the Siemens Mechatronic Systems Certification Program (SMSCP).
Katharina Holst with Siemens AG said, "Companies and industries in Middle Tennessee can benefit from a much needed, multi-skilled, technical workers while drawing on local education and training resources via partner schools like Motlow. SMSCP certifications are internationally recognized as world-class technical qualifications."
Sheri Denning, JCS human resources manager, stated, "We are very pleased to give our employees continuing education in newer technologies that are relevant in today's industrial environment. We saw the Mechatronics program at Motlow College as an excellent avenue to support our goals of continuous training for employees."
JCS is a leading manufacturer of consumer products and uses Mechatronic systems in the manufacturing of those products. Motlow College has been a partner of Siemens since 2009.
Motlow offers a Level I Technical Certificate in Mechatronics as well as a Level II Associate of Applied Science in Mechatronics Technology.Visit the Motlow College website
