The Motlow Library Smyrna branch is located in the new Smyrna teaching site. The library with over 800 square feet
opened fall 2006 with approximately 1200 books, videos, CD-ROMs, and reserves. The library has a capacity for over
3000 books and non-print media. With eight Internet accessible computers loaded with up-to-date educational and
office software, students have all the tools necessary to conduct library research and prepare and complete
assignments. In addition, the library is uniquely located to an adjoining 25-station computer lab. Students may
expand their work space into the lab during unscheduled class times.
As with all Motlow campuses, students may

(audio and video). Using the library catalog
students may request materials from any of the other library
branches’ collections which have over 50,000 print books and non-print media. Daily courier service provides
delivery within 24 to 48 hours and sometimes same day delivery. Math and writing lab instructors, working from
the library, provide individual tutoring services, as well. Wireless access is available for students with laptops.
