The Technical Operations Help Desk welcomes you. Here is some information to get you started.

If you are having trouble with a Motlow computer, telephone, or printer at one of our four campuses, please call the Technical Help Desk at ext. 1510, from any campus phone.
Please have your student ID number available when you call or email us. If you are off campus please dial (931) 393-1510 option 1 or toll free (800) 654-4877, ext. 1510. You may also email us at firstname.lastname@example.org, also please go to Links and Resources for more information.
Help Desk Hours of Operation
During Fall and Spring Semesters our Technical Help Desk hours are
- Monday - Thursday 7:30am to 9:00pm and Friday 7:30am to 4:30pm
During Summer Semester and when classes are not in session, hours are
- Monday - Friday 7:30am to 4:30pm
