The ITT Technical Help Desk welcomes you. Here is some information to get you started.

If you are having trouble with a Motlow computer, telephone, or printer at one of our four campuses, please call the Technical Help Desk at ext. 1510, from any campus phone. Please have your student ID number available when you call or email us. If you are off campus please dial (931) 393-1510 or toll free (800) 654-4877, ext. 1510. During Fall and Spring Semesters our Technical Help Desk hours are
  • Monday - Thursday 7:30am to 9:00pm and Friday 7:30am to 4:30pm

  • During Summer Semester and when classes are not in session, hours are
  • Monday - Friday 7:30am to 4:30pm

  • RODP Students: If you are enrolled in RODP (Regents Online Degree
