Computer Login Procedures

For your security, please make sure you close all windows and log out when exiting programs and systems. Keep login and pin information confidential.


Windows Login
Purpose: To access Motlow computers.
You will not be able to use Motlow computers without this login. Use this login when you see a message to press CTL + ALT+ Delete.
Username: First Initial + Last Name + Month and Day Birthday in the format of MMDD.
Example: Duane Edwards born on February 11, 1991 Username: dedwards0211 Password: Your PIN is the one you initally created when you applied to Moltow College through MyMoltow plus your first name initial (using a capital letter) and last name initial (lowercase); example 123456De (unless you have changed it since initially applying to Motlow).

Outlook Web AccessStudent E-Mail Student Email
Purpose: Correspondence with instructors, staff and students, and to receive notices from Motlow's various departments. Location: www.mscc.edu, at the bottom right of our homepage you will see an icon for Student Email, click and it will take your to the login page. Login and pin are the same as your Windows login. First Initial + Last Name + Month and Day Birthday in the format of MMDD.

MyMotlowMyMotlow
Purpose: Register for classes, review your financial aid, personal, and graduation information; request copies of your transcript, view your schedule, grades, account information, make credit card payments, etc.
Location: www.mscc.edu, scroll to bottom of our homepage, on the right hand side you will see the MyMotlow icon, click to access
Login: Using your student ID number (this begins with an A). Your PIN is the one you initally created when you applied to Moltow College through MyMoltow (unless you have changed it since initially applying to Motlow).

MSCC Online MSCC Online/D2L
Location: www.mscc.edu, From Motlow's homepage, under Quick Links, select MSCC Online/D2L
Login: Your MSCC Online/D2L username: First Name Initial + Last Name + Birthday Month and Day in the format of MMDD. Your PIN is the one you initally created when you applied to Moltow College through MyMoltow plus your first name initial (using a capital letter) and last name initial (lowercase); example 123456De (unless you have changed it since initially applying to Motlow) unless you have changed it since initially applying to Motlow. NOTE: Same username and pin as your Windows login and your student email login. NOTE: Classes will not appear until the first day of classes. RODPROCC/RODP (Regents Online Campus Collaborative)
Location: www.mscc.edu, From Motlow's homepage, under Quick Links, select RODP/ROCC Log-in
Login: Your ROCC/RODP Online username: First Name Initial + Last Name + Birthday Month and Day in the format of MMDD. Your PIN is the one you initally created when you applied to Moltow College through MyMoltow.

Library Database(s) Login.
Username is your Motlow student email username only, (do NOT add the @mscc.edu) and password is the same password for your Motlow student email. If you have never logged into your email, you must first go to Student Email and login to your email to activate usage of our library databases.
