- In Person: Simon Hall - Room SH113 on Monday-Thursday 8am-6:30pm and Friday 8am-4:30pm.
You must pre-register: Minimum enrollment levels are established for each course and when the minimum is not met the course must be cancelled and usually this decision is made three to five days before the course begins. Also, in most cases there is a lower course fee.
You cannot pay later: Registration is not complete until we receive payment. Fee payment may be made by cash, check, money order, or credit card (Master Card and Visa only).
You will receive a confirmation: A confirmation will be mailed to you when the decision has been made that the course is a go. If you have not received a confirmation before your course is scheduled to begin, please call our office, 931-393-1754, for a verbal confirmation. We cannot assume responsibility for mail delivery.
You will be notified if your course is moved or cancelled: When a Community Services course must be cancelled because the enrollment does not meet minimum registration requirements, a full refund of fees paid will be made and students will be notified. Since telephone contacts must be made during the day, we request a day phone number and a home phone number or one where a message may be left for you.
