 The staff in our office is completely committed to helping
you find that which you are seeking, whether it be a job, a career, qualified
workers or personal direction. We here at the college are a community for learning.
It is perfectly OK if you contact us whether you are a college student or not.
We will do our best to help you find out what it is that you are called to
do in life. On the other hand if you are seeking a job we will do our absolute
best to help you find the one that's right for you. We can work with you on
resume building, job seeking skills, interviewing skills, and career search strategies.
There is absolutely no cost for this service. It is our view that job search
and career search are processes. Each process has steps and definitely has rules.
If we can aid you in learning those rules and processes, you will be successful
in meeting your own personal goals. You will also be able to use the same process
in the future to find a new job or a different career. We will help you to access
your skills discern your goals, make future plans and bring them to fruition.
It is also our goal to help employers, community agencies and any local groups
to find qualified volunteers or paid workers. We are glad to list any openings
that you may have or help you put together any kind of training that you might
need.We are happy to work with anyone in the community to find them the kind of
applicants that they are seeking for any position that they might have open. If
you are an employer, we will stay in touch with you about the type of applicants
that we might have. We are entirely open to your feed back concerning our applicants
and what you might think.
