Associates of Applied Science (A.A.S.) Degree Programs
Business Technology Major: For students desiring a two-year, non-transfer degree program designed to prepare them to enter the workforce in a particular career-related field, sustain an existing career, or seek specifically defined career growth opportunities, Motlow offers the Business Technology Major with concentrations in the following areas:
- Accounting
- Business Computer Applications
- Business Computer Programming
- Business Management
- Mechatronics Technology
General Technology Major: The Motlow Business and Technology Department also offers a special General Technology Major specifically designed for Tennessee Technology Center graduates as another option to continue their education.
Embedded Certificates of Credit
The Embedded Certificates of Credit offered to Motlow students award the achievement of certain milestones accomplished by students during their path to degree completion. The courses successfully completed and the credits earned as part of the Embedded Certificate of Credit are acceptable toward an Associates Degree. For this purpose, the Business and Technology Department offers Embedded Certificates of Credit in the following areas:

- Business Information Systems
- Computer Programming
- Mechatronics
