Mission Statement

Motlow College is committed to serving its students as well as the community and actively fostering diversity. The college strives to enrich its heritage through the diversification of its students, faculty, and staff.

What is Access and Diversity?

Access and Diversity addresses diversity issues within our school, focusing on improving student learning through culturally diverse perspectives by recruiting and retaining diverse faculty and staff and awarding grants to qualified students that will assist them in reaching their educational goals. Access and Diversity enhances access to higher education, valuing the idea that diversity improves the success of all while creating the optimal learning environment.
